One to One Consultations via Zoom

Payment of all sessions are due at the time of booking to confirm your session spot. ​​
Consultation Offerings
15 Minutes- $30​
30 Minutes- $60​
60 Minutes- $120
90 Minutes- $180

Please choose the amount of time that works best for you! If we go over the allotted time, that is okay. I do not rush people off or charge extra.
This is done in a private zoom session to allow you to have a safe and comfortable space.

During your consultation, we will go over your mentioned questions and concerns. These could be health history, your concerns, signs and symptoms, goals, current lifestyle, any medications or supplements, what you have changed or worked on already, and go over recent testing results. From there I give you some answers and ideas on how to make changes and head in the direction you'd like to.

I will be completely transparent with you as to whether or not I can help you, if what you're doing is working and some hard truths.

If you have had recent lab work done with your provider, I would be happy to review them! You may send them to me prior-to your consultation or during and I can review them quickly during our time together.

​For all of my clients I recommend follow-ups 3-5 months out to allow for changes made to set in. If you wish to see me sooner or wait longer, that is entirely at your discretion! I do not set the pace, you do as our seasons of life and in the world is everchanging.

Basic Lab Tests Pricing
All testing is paid for out of pocket, I do not make any money off of this. I do require everyone to be fasting to help determine where your blood sugar is at. If you wish to have tests run through me, a link will be sent to you via email to make an account through evexia diagnostics and then you will go to your nearest labcorp to get them done at your earliest convenience. Below are some basic panels, they can be added to if you know you need some further testing beyond what is listed.
Basic Wellness Panel- Approximately $145 after taxes and lab draw fees

CBC with differential, CMP, CRP, GGT, Hb A1C, Insulin, Iron, TIBC, Ferritin, LDH, Mg, Phosphorus, Thyroid Panel with TSH, T3, Uric Acid, Urinalysis, and Vit D

Full Thyroid Panel- Approximately $90 after taxes and lab draw fees
Reverse T3, Thyroid Antibodies, TPO Antibody, FTI, T3 Uptake, TSH, T4, T3, Free T4, and Free T3
Vitamins and Minerals Panel- Approximately $205 after taxes and lab draw fees
Copper RBC, Copper Plasma, Iodine Serum, MMA, PTH plus Calcium, Vit A, and Vit D.
